Обязательно обеспечивать Армию оружием, снаряжением и вооружением, а также всем необходимым и требуемым, что позволяет ей выполнять свою миссию как исламской армии.

It is obligatory to provide the Army with weapons, supplies and equipment, as well as all necessities and requirements, which enable it to carry out its mission as an Islamic Army.

Его доказательство — слова Аллаха (SWT).

Its evidence is the words of Allah (swt).

«И приготовьте против них всё, что в ваших силах, из мощи и боевых коней, чтобы устрашить врага Аллаха и вашего врага и других, кроме них, которых вы не знаете, но которых знает Аллах» (ТМК 8:60). Итак, приготовление к сражению является обязанностью, и это приготовление должно быть открытым, чтобы внушать страх врагам и лицемерам из числа подданных. Его (свт) слова,

“And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know [but] whom Allah.” (TMQ 8:60). So the preparation for fighting is a duty, and this preparation should be open so as to intimidate the enemies and the hypocrites from amongst the subjects. His (swt) saying,

«Устрашение» является причиной (иллой) подготовки. Подготовка не будет полной, пока не достигнута цель, ради которой было установлено это предписание, а именно устрашение врагов и лицемеров. Поэтому обязанностью является обеспечить Армию всем оружием и снаряжением, чтобы произвести устрашение, а тем более, чтобы армия была способна выполнить свою миссию, которой является джихад для передачи призыва к Исламу. Когда Аллах (SWT) обратился к нам относительно подготовки, Он (SWT) указал, что причиной (иллой) её является устрашение известных врагов и тех, кто не явен. Аллах (SWT) сказал:

“To strike terror” is the reason (Illah) for preparation. The preparation will not be complete unless the reason for which this legislation came has been achieved, which is intimidating the enemies and the hypocrites. Therefore, it is a duty to provide all the arms and equipment for the Army in order that intimidation is produced and by greater reasoning in order to ensure that the Army is capable of carrying out its mission which is Jihad to convey the call to Islam. When Allah (swt) addressed us regarding preparation, He (swt) stated that the reason (Illah) for it is intimidating the known enemies, and those who are not apparent. Allah (swt) said.

«И приготовьте против них всё, что в ваших силах из мощи и боевых коней, чтобы устрашить ими врага Аллаха и вашего врага и других, кроме них, которых вы не знаете, [но] которых знает Аллах» (ТМК 8:60). Необходимо обратить внимание на точную верность этого аята: Аллах (СВТ) повелел мусульманам готовиться не с целью вести бой, а с целью устрашения, что глубже по смыслу. Ведь осознание врагом силы мусульман удерживает его от нападения на них или от противостояния им. Это один из величайших способов, которые можно использовать для победы в войнах и достижения успеха.

It is necessary to notice the precise accuracy of the verse, where Allah (swt) did not order Muslims to make preparation for the purpose of fighting, but rather for the purpose of intimidation, which is more profound. This is because the enemy’s knowledge of the force of the Muslims deters it from attacking them or confronting them. This is one of the greatest styles that can be used to win wars and attain victory.
