সম্পদ একমাত্র আল্লাহ (SWT)-এর, এবং তিনি (SWT) মানুষকে এর আমানতদার বানিয়েছেন। এই সাধারণ আমানতের মাধ্যমেই তাদেরকে সম্পদের মালিকানার অধিকার দেওয়া হয়েছে।

The wealth belongs to Allah (swt) alone, and He (swt) has made human beings the trustees of it. Through this general trust they have been given the right to ownership of wealth.

আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) ব্যক্তিকে সম্পদ অধিকারে রাখার অনুমতি দিয়েছেন; সুতরাং এই নির্দিষ্ট অনুমতির মাধ্যমেই সে বাস্তবে তা অধিকারে রাখতে সক্ষম হয়েছে।

Allah (swt) has permitted for the individual to possess the wealth; so through this specific permission, he managed to possess it practically.

এই প্রবন্ধের দলিলসমূহ হলো আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তা'আলা)-র বাণী:

“আর তাদেরকে আল্লাহর (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) সেই সম্পদ থেকে দাও, যা তিনি তোমাদেরকে দিয়েছেন।” (তাফহীমুল কুরআন ২৪:৩৩); সুতরাং সম্পদকে আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা)-র দিকে সম্বন্ধ করা হয়েছে। আর তাঁর (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) বাণী:

“And give them from the wealth of Allah (swt) which He has given you.” (TMQ 24:33); .so the wealth is ascribed to Allah (swt). And His (swt) words:
