لقد عاشت الأمة الإسلامية دون الخلافة (الدولة الإسلامية) لأكثر من سبعين عامًا، وابتُليت من جهة بهيمنة الدول الاستعمارية الغربية، ومن جهة أخرى بتسلّل أفكار غريبة عن الإسلام - كالعلمانية والقومية والفردية - إلى عقول الأمة.

The Muslim Ummah have been living without the Khilafah (Islamic State) for over seven decades, plagued on the one hand by the domination of the colonialist Western nations, and on the other hand, afflicted by the infiltration of ideas alien to Islam - such as secularism, nationalism and individualism - into the minds of the Ummah.

بدلاً من أنظمة الإسلام التي طُبّقت تحت راية دولة الخلافة الواحدة لأكثر من ١٣٠٠ عام، فأعطت العدل والأمن لكل من عاش في ظلها، عادت الدنيا اليوم يسودها الفساد والفقر والفوضى. وهذه في حقيقة الأمر النتيجة الطبيعية لكل نمط حياة يقوم على الأسس الواهية للقوانين الوضعية.

In the place of the Systems of Islam, which were implemented under the banner of a unified Khilafah State for more than 1300 years, giving justice and security to all that lived under it, the world is once again dominated by corruption, poverty and disorder. Indeed, these are the natural result of any way of life that is based on the fragile foundations of man-made laws.

الإسلام دينٌ (منهاجُ حياةٍ)، يشتمل على الهدايةِ الشاملةِ لجميعِ جوانبِ الوجودِ الإنساني، من العبادةِ الشخصيةِ إلى الاقتصادِ والحكمِ. والأحكامُ والتشريعاتُ التي تصدرُ عن العقيدةِ الإسلاميةِ لا تصدرُ إلا عن الله (سبحانه وتعالى)، خالقِ الإنسانِ والكون، ولذلك فهي متنزهةٌ عن العيوبِ والقصورِ اللازمةِ في الأيديولوجياتِ الوضعيةِ. وإنما يرجو الإنسانُ أن يتخلصَ من الهاويةِ التي يغرقُ فيها الآنَ بتطبيقِ الإسلامِ وحدَه.

Islam is a deen (way of life), encompassing comprehensive guidance for all aspects of human existence, from personal worship to economics and government. The rules and laws which emanate from the Islamic ‘aqeedah (creed) come from none other than Allah (swt), the Creator of mankind and the universe. Thus, they are free from the flaws and limitations that are necessarily inherent in man-made ideologies. It is only by the implementation of Islam that mankind can ever hope to be freed from the abyss in which it is currently submerged.

على كل مسلم أن يفهم فهمًا تامًا تفاصيل هذا المنهج الفريد الكامل للحياة. فإذا فعلنا ذلك، سترى عقولنا بوضوح أن أنظمة الإسلام هي وحدها الحلول العملية لمشكلات الأمة، وستتوق قلوبنا إلى تطبيقها في العالم من جديد.

It is the responsibility of every Muslim to understand fully about the details of this unique and perfect way of life. When we have done so, our minds will see clearly that the Systems of Islam provide the only practical solutions to the problems of the Ummah, and our hearts will yearn for their implementation in the world again.

"وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَىٰ لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا" [سورۃ النور: 55] يعرض هذا الكتاب أنظمة الإسلام: الحكم، والاقتصاد، والاجتماع، والتعليم، والقضاء، ويقدمها لا بوصفها دراسات أكاديمية منفصلة، بل كوحدة متكاملة، فيبيّن كيف يكمل كل نظام الأنظمة الأخرى، وكيف تنطبق مباشرة على شؤون حياتنا، وكيف ينبغي أن نعمل على إعادتها إلى ساحة العالم.

“Allah has promised to those among you who believe and workIntroduction to the Systems of Islam 2 righteous deeds, that of a certainty He will cause them to accede to power on earth, as He granted it to those before them, that He will establish in authority their deen which He has chosen for them, and that He will change (their state) after the fear in which they lived, to one of security and peace: They will worship Me (alone) and not ascribe powers to any beside Me.” [TMQ 24:55] This book outlines the Systems of Islam - Ruling, Economic, Social, Education and Judicial, and presents them not as a series of individual academic studies, but as an integrated whole, showing how each system complements the others, how they apply directly in our lifes affairs, and how we should work to bring them back into the world arena.
