O método adotado por qualquer grupo para transmitir a da‘wah deve ser uma Lei da Shari‘ah derivada da sīrah do Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ em sua conduta durante a transmissão da da‘wah. Isso porque é obrigatório segui-lo, como diz Allah (SWT): "Certamente, no Mensageiro de Allah há um excelente exemplo para quem espera em Allah e no Último Dia e lembra muito de Allah." [TMQ 33:21]. "Dize: Se amais a Allah, segui-me, e Allah vos amará e perdoar-vos-á os vossos pecados." [TMQ 3:31].

The method adopted by any group to convey the da‘wah must be Shari‘ah Law derived from the seerah of the Messenger of Allah (saw) in his performance during the conveyance of the da‘wah. This is so because it is obligatory to follow him, as Allah (swt) says, “Surely, in the Messenger of Allah, is the best example for those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and remember Allah often.” [TMQ 33:21]. “Say if you love Allah follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you your sins.”[TMQ 3:31].

"Tudo o que o Mensageiro vos der, tomai-o, e tudo o que vos proibir, abstende-vos dele." [TMQ 59:7].

“Whatever the Messenger gives you take it, and whatever he forbids you abstain from it.” [TMQ 59:7].

Há muitos outros ayat semelhantes que indicam que seguir o Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ, tomá-lo como exemplo e receber dele todos os aspectos da religião (deen) é obrigatório.

There are many other such ayat which denote that following the Messenger of Allah (saw), taking him as an example and taking all aspects of the deen from him is obligatory.

Visto que os muçulmanos hoje vivem em dar al-kufr (ou seja, uma terra em que a soberania pertence a outro que não Allah (SWT), ou em que a autoridade não está nas mãos dos muçulmanos, ou ambas), porque são governados por leis diferentes das de Allah (SWT), a sua terra assemelha-se a Makkah, onde o Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ foi enviado pela primeira vez como Mensageiro. Por isso, é necessário tomar a parte da seerah do Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ correspondente ao período de Makkah como exemplo ao transmitir a da‘wah.

Since the Muslims nowadays live in dar al-kufr (i.e. a land where the sovereignty is to other than Allah (swt), or the authority is not in the hands of the Muslims, or both), because they are governed with laws other than those of Allah (swt), so their land resembles Makkah where the Messenger of Allah (saw) was first sent as a Messenger. Therefore, it is necessary to take the Makkan part of the Messenger of Allah’s (saw) seerah as an example in conveying the da‘wah.

Ao estudar a vida do Mensageiro de Allah (SWT) em Makkah até ter conseguido estabelecer o Estado Islâmico em Madinah, torna-se evidente que ele passou por etapas claramente definidas, em cada uma das quais costumava realizar ações específicas. Assim, o Partido extraiu disso o método de seu trabalho, as etapas de sua ação e as atividades que deve realizar durante essas etapas, em conformidade com as ações que o Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ realizou durante as etapas de sua obra.

By studying the life of the Messenger of Allah (saw) in Makkah until he had managed to establish the Islamic State in Madinah, it is evident that he went through clearly defined stages, in each of which he used to perform specific actions. So the Party took from that the method of its work, the stages of its action and the deeds which it has to perform during these stages in accordance with the deeds which the Messenger of Allah (saw) performed during the stages of his work.

the stage of interaction with the Umaah, to let the Ummah embrace and carry Islam, so that the Ummah takes it up as her issue, and thus works to establish it in the affairs of life.

A fase de estabelecer o governo, implementar o Islã de forma geral e abrangente, e levá-lo como mensagem ao mundo.

The stage of establishing government, implementing Islam generally and comprehensively, and carrying it as a message to the world.

Que Allah (SWT) fortaleça os sinceros portadores da da'wah em seu trabalho contínuo para restabelecer o modo de vida islâmico. Que Allah (SWT) conceda à Ummah islâmica ajuda, sucesso e vitória, e naquele momento os crentes se alegrarão, Inshallah.

May Allah (swt) strengthen the sincere da'wah carriers in their continuous work to resume the Islamic way of life. May Allah (swt) grant the Islamic Ummah the help, success and victory, and at that moment the believers will rejoice, Inshallah.
