O Califado garantirá que a educação seja oferecida gratuitamente. Escolas, faculdades e laboratórios serão providos em cada localidade, na medida em que a comunidade deles necessitar. Espera-se que o Estado Islâmico volte a ser o ponto de referência em tecnologia, uma posição que desfrutou durante séculos. Escolas privadas também existirão, mas deverão se adequar ao currículo islâmico.

The Khilafah will ensure that education is provided free of charge. Schools, colleges and laboratories will be provided in every locality, to the extent to which they are needed by the community. It is envisioned that the Islamic State will again become the reference point for technology, a position it enjoyed for centuries. Private schools will also be present but they must conform to the Islamic curriculum.

Outros meios de comunicação também são educativos, como as revistas, os computadores e a televisão, por isso o seu uso também será de acordo com as diretrizes islâmicas. Qualquer violação levará a processos criminais contra os jornalistas responsáveis, e assim terão fim os dias da calúnia e do escândalo que enchem as páginas dos tabloides de hoje. Também terão fim os dias da fantasia na forma de filmes, pois a representação é proibida no Islã. Em vez disso, os meios de comunicação de massa serão usados de uma forma muito mais construtiva, sendo informativos em vez de meras formas de escapismo.

Other media are also educational, like magazines, computers or television, so their use will also be according to Islamic guidelines. Any violation will lead to criminal proceedings against the responsible journalists, so gone will be the days of the slandering and scandalising that fill the pages of today’s tabloids. Gone too will be the days of fantasising in the form of the movies for acting is forbidden in Islam. Instead, the mass media will be used in a far more constructive way, being informative rather than just a form of escapism.
