বিশ্বে আজ এমন অনেক আন্তরিক আন্দোলন রয়েছে যারা মুহাম্মদ ﷺ-এর মহান উম্মাহর পুনর্জাগরণের জন্য কাজ করছে। এটি অবশ্যই একটি ইসলামী রাজনৈতিক দল হতে হবে, যার একমাত্র লক্ষ্য হলো ইসলামী জীবনব্যবস্থা পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠার কাজ করে আল্লাহর (SWT) নির্দেশ পালন করা এবং ইসলামের দাওয়াহ মানবজাতির বাকি অংশের কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া, যার ফলে পৃথিবীতে আবার আল্লাহর (SWT) দ্বীন প্রাধান্য লাভ করবে। খিলাফাহ পৃথিবীতে পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠিত হলেই কেবল এটি অর্জিত হবে।

There exist in the world today many sincere movements working for the revival of the noble Ummah of Muhammad (saw). It must be an Islamic political party whose sole aim is to fulfill the command of Allah (swt) by working to resume the Islamic way of life and to carry the da‘wah of Islam to rest of mankind, thereby making the deen of Allah (swt) dominant in the world again. This will only be achieved when the Khilafah is re-established on the earth.

আল্লাহ (SWT) কুরআনে বলেন:

Allah (swt) says in the Qur'an:

“তোমাদের মধ্যে এমন একটি দল অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে যারা কল্যাণের দিকে আহ্বান করবে, সৎকাজের নির্দেশ দেবে এবং অসৎকাজে বাধা দেবে; আর তারাই সফলকাম।” [তর্জুমানুল কুরআন ৩:১০৪]। এই আন্দোলনকে উম্মাহর অবনতির বাস্তবতা উপলব্ধি করতে হবে; এর লক্ষ্য হবে উম্মাহকে যে গভীর অবনতিতে সে পৌঁছেছে তা থেকে পুনরুজ্জীবিত করা, এবং তাকে কুফরের চিন্তা, ব্যবস্থা ও আইন থেকে মুক্ত করা, পাশাপাশি কুফর রাষ্ট্রসমূহের আধিপত্য ও প্রভাব থেকেও তাকে মুক্ত করা।

“Let there be among you a group that invites to the good, orders what is right and forbids what is evil, and they are those who are successful.” [TMQ 3:104]. The movement must understand the reality of the Ummah's decline, its purpose must be to revive the Ummah from the severe decline it has reached, and to liberate it from the thoughts, systems and laws of kufr, as well as from the domination and influence of the kufr states over her.

এই উদ্দেশ্য হলো মুসলিমদের আবার ইসলামী জীবনধারায় ফিরিয়ে আনা দার আল-ইসলামে, অর্থাৎ এমন এক ভূমিতে যেখানে সার্বভৌমত্ব আল্লাহ (SWT)-র, আর কর্তৃত্ব মুসলিমদের হাতে। এমন এক ইসলামী সমাজ গঠন, যেখানে জীবনের সমস্ত বিষয় শরিয়াহর বিধান অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে, এবং যার দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি হবে হালাল ও হারামের মানদণ্ডে, খিলাফাহ রাষ্ট্রের পতাকাতলে যেভাবে তা প্রতিষ্ঠিত। সেই রাষ্ট্র হলো এমন, যেখানে মুসলিমরা একজন খলীফা নিয়োগ করে তাঁর হাতে বাইয়াত দেয় শোনা ও আনুগত্য করার অঙ্গীকারে, এই শর্তে যে তিনি আল্লাহ (SWT)-র কিতাব ও আল্লাহর রাসূল ﷺ-এর সুন্নাহ অনুযায়ী শাসন করবেন।

. This objective means bringing the Muslims back to living an Islamic way of life in dar al-Islam (i.e. a land where the sovereignty is for Allah (swt), and the authority is in the hands of the Muslims). In an Islamic society such that all of lifes affairs are administered according to the Shari‘ah rules, and the viewpoint in it is the halal and the haram as upheld under the banner of the Khilafah State. That state is the one in which Muslims appoint a Khaleefah and give him the bay‘ah to listen and obey on condition that he rules according to the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saw).
