Khilafah akan memastikan bahwa pendidikan disediakan secara gratis. Sekolah, perguruan tinggi, dan laboratorium akan disediakan di setiap daerah, sejauh dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Diharapkan bahwa Negara Islam kembali menjadi rujukan dalam bidang teknologi, sebuah posisi yang pernah dinikmatinya selama berabad-abad. Sekolah-sekolah swasta juga akan ada, tetapi harus sesuai dengan kurikulum Islam.

The Khilafah will ensure that education is provided free of charge. Schools, colleges and laboratories will be provided in every locality, to the extent to which they are needed by the community. It is envisioned that the Islamic State will again become the reference point for technology, a position it enjoyed for centuries. Private schools will also be present but they must conform to the Islamic curriculum.

Media massa lainnya juga bersifat mendidik, seperti majalah, komputer, atau televisi, sehingga penggunaannya pun akan sesuai dengan tuntunan Islam. Setiap pelanggaran akan berujung pada proses pidana terhadap wartawan yang bertanggung jawab, sehingga berakhir pula masa-masa fitnah dan pencemaran nama baik yang memenuhi halaman tabloid masa kini. Berakhir pula masa-masa berangan-angan dalam bentuk film, karena berakting dilarang dalam Islam. Sebaliknya, media massa akan digunakan dengan cara yang jauh lebih konstruktif, yaitu bersifat informatif, bukan sekadar bentuk pelarian dari kenyataan.

Other media are also educational, like magazines, computers or television, so their use will also be according to Islamic guidelines. Any violation will lead to criminal proceedings against the responsible journalists, so gone will be the days of the slandering and scandalising that fill the pages of today’s tabloids. Gone too will be the days of fantasising in the form of the movies for acting is forbidden in Islam. Instead, the mass media will be used in a far more constructive way, being informative rather than just a form of escapism.
