احیاء کے لیے ہمارا طریقہ کار نبی کریم ﷺ کی پیروی میں ہونا چاہیے؛ اسلامی ریاست کے قیام کے لیے اس کے سوا کوئی اور مثال موجود نہیں ہے، اور مزید یہ کہ یہ ان اعمال میں سے ہے جو فرض ہیں جیسا کہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا حکم ہے:

Our methodology for revival should follow the example of the Prophet (saw); no other example exists for the establishment of the Islamic State, and furthermore this is of the actions which are fard (compulsory) as Allah (swt) commands:

"پس ان کے درمیان اللہ نے جو کچھ نازل فرمایا ہے اس کے مطابق فیصلہ کرو اور ان کی خواہشات کی پیروی نہ کرو، تاکہ وہ تمہیں اس حق سے پھیر دیں جو تمہارے پاس آ چکا ہے۔" [TMQ 5:42]

“So judge between them by whatever Allah has revealed and follow not their vain desires, diverting you from the truth that has come to you.” [TMQ 5:42].

قرآن میں اسلام کے مطابق حکومت کرنے یا فیصلہ کرنے کا حکم کئی بار دہرایا گیا ہے اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کے عمل سے اس کے واجب ہونے کی نشاندہی کی گئی ہے۔ یہ کوئی مستحب (مندوب) معاملہ نہیں ہے بلکہ امت کے لیے زندگی اور موت کا مسئلہ ہے، جیسا کہ ان تباہ کن نتائج سے دیکھا جا سکتا ہے جن میں ہم خلافت (اسلامی ریاست) کے بغیر زندگی گزار رہے ہیں۔

The command to rule or judge by Islam is repeated many times in the Qur’an and is indicated to be compulsory through the practice of the Messenger of Allah (saw). This is not a preferable (mandoub) matter but an issue of life and death for the Ummah as can be seen by the disastrous consequences we live in without the Khilafah (Islamic State).

مختصر یہ کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے پہلی اسلامی ریاست کے قیام کے لیے کئی اہم اقدامات کیے:

In summary the Prophet (saw) undertook several key steps to establish the first Islamic State:

انہوں نے ﷺ ایک سیاسی گروہ (صحابہ کرام) تشکیل دیا۔

He (saw) formed a political group (the companions).

ان کے صحابہ کرامؓ اعلیٰ اخلاق کے مالک اور ایک مضبوط اسلامی شخصیت کے حامل تھے۔

His companions were well cultured and developed in a strong Islamic personality.

انہوں نے معاشرے کے ساتھ بھرپور طریقے سے رابطہ رکھا، نہ کہ فوجی طور پر بلکہ فکری اور سیاسی طور پر، تاکہ اسلام کے لیے ایک مضبوط عوامی رائے قائم کر کے موجودہ فاسد نظام کو ختم کیا جا سکے۔

They actively interacted with the society, not militarily but intellectually and politically to bring down the existing corrupt system through building a strong public opinion for Islam.

آپ ﷺ نے قبائل اور بااثر لوگوں سے رابطہ کیا تاکہ وہ آپ ﷺ اور آپ ﷺ کے گروہ کی حمایت کریں اور موجودہ نظام سے اقتدار کو منتقل کر سکیں۔

He (saw) approached the tribes and influential people in order that they support him (saw) and his group and to actually transfer power from the existing system.

احیاء کی کسی بھی سنجیدہ کوشش کی بنیاد اسی منہج پر ہونی چاہیے؛ یہ سنت سے ہے نہ کہ انسان کے ذہن یا تخیل سے۔

Any serious attempts at revival must be based upon this methodology; it is from the Sunnah and not from man’s mind or imagination.
