वह भूमि जो पूर्व में वह आधार बनी जिस पर ख़िलाफ़त की स्थापना हुई, उसे मुस्लिम भूमि कहा जाता है। जैसा कि भूमिका में उल्लेख किया गया है, यह एक ही भूमि है, और ख़िलाफ़त इसे इसी रूप में मानती है। अतः जब मुस्लिम भूमि के किसी भी हिस्से में ख़िलाफ़त पुनः स्थापित होगी, तो शेष मुस्लिम भूमियों के प्रति उसका दृष्टिकोण उन्हें अल्लाह के दीन, इस्लाम, के अधीन पुनः एकजुट करने की दृष्टि से होगा। अल्लाह (SWT) फ़रमाते हैं,

Land that previously formed the bedrock upon which the Khilafah was established is called Muslim land. It is one land, as mentioned in the introduction, and is considered as such by the Khilafah. So when the Khilafah is re-established in any part of Muslim Land its outlook upon the rest of the Muslim Lands would be with a view to reunite it under Allah’s deen, Islam. Allah (swt) says,.

“तुम सब अल्लाह की रस्सी को मज़बूती से थामे रहो और आपस में बँटो नहीं।” [TMQ 3:103].

“Hold fast all of you to the rope of Allah and be not divided.” [TMQ 3:103].
