कल्पना कीजिए कि एक संगठित मुस्लिम उम्मत का विश्व-मंच पर कितना प्रभाव होगा, और इंशाअल्लाह होगा! आज मुस्लिम भूमि दुनिया की सबसे धनी भूमि है, जहाँ तेल, गैस, खनिज, खाद्यान्न और वस्त्र उद्योग की प्रचुरता है। और जनसंख्या की दृष्टि से भी यह भूमि समृद्ध है।

What an impact on the world stage a united Muslim Ummah would have and Inshallah will have! For today Muslim Land is the wealthiest land in the world, with an abundance of oil, gas, minerals, food and textiles. And it is wealthy also in terms of population.

खिलाफ़त एक संयुक्त अर्थव्यवस्था प्रदान करती है। इसलिए बांग्लादेश और सोमालिया में ग़रीबी झेलने वाले मुसलमानों और गैर-मुसलमानों का खाड़ी के धन पर अधिकार होगा।

The Khilafah offers a united economy. So the Muslims and non- Muslims who suffer poverty in Bangladesh and Somalia would have a right on the wealth of the Gulf.

ख़िलाफ़त एक संयुक्त सेना प्रदान करती है। इसलिए वे दिन चले जाएँगे जब मुस्लिम सेनाएँ मुस्लिम सेनाओं से लड़ेंगी, जैसा हमने बार-बार देखा है, सोमालिया में, खाड़ी युद्ध में और ईरान-इराक़ युद्ध में। बल्कि, सभी मुस्लिम सैनिक राज्य के अपने साथी नागरिकों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर, जिहाद के अमीर के नेतृत्व में लड़ेंगे।

The Khilafah offers a united army. So gone will be the days when Muslim armies fight Muslims armies as we have seen time and time again, in Somalia, in the Gulf war and in the Iran-Iraq war. Rather, all Muslim soldiers will fight side by side with their fellow citizens of the State, under the leadership of the Amir of Jihad.

वे दिन भी अब बीत जाएँगे जब बोस्निया, चेचन्या, कश्मीर और फ़िलिस्तीन में उत्पीड़ित मुसलमानों और ग़ैर-मुसलमानों की चीखें अनसुनी रह जाती थीं। एक संयुक्त मुस्लिम सेना एक बार फिर देशों-देशों में गरजेगी, अंतरराष्ट्रीय क़ानून और संयुक्त राष्ट्र की बेड़ियों से मुक्त होकर। क्योंकि ख़लीफ़ा उम्मत के लिए ढाल है। मुहम्मद ﷺ ने फ़रमाया, "इमाम एक ढाल है जिसके पीछे रहकर मुसलमान लड़ते हैं, और जिसके पीछे रहकर मुसलमान सुरक्षित रहते हैं।"

Gone also will be the days when the cries of the oppressed Muslims and non-Muslims in Bosnia, Chechnya, Kashmir and Palestine would go unheard. A united Muslim army would once again thunder across the lands, free from the chains of international law and the United Nations. For the Khaleefah is a shield for the Ummah. Muhammad (saw) said, “The Imam is a shield behind which the Muslims fight, and behind whom the Muslims are protected.”.

यह एक ऐसी दुनिया की तस्वीर है जो आज हम जिस दुखद स्थिति को देख रहे हैं, उससे बहुत दूर है। आज हमारे तथाकथित नेता ढाल के बजाय हमारी गर्दनों में बेड़ियाँ बन गए हैं। वे उन लोगों से लड़ते और उन्हें यातनाएँ देते हैं जो अल्लाह (swt) के शासन को वापस लाने की कोशिश करते हैं, और साथ ही उन लोगों से समझौते करते हैं जो मुसलमानों की भूमि पर अवैध रूप से कब्ज़ा किए बैठे हैं। अल्लाह (swt) फ़रमाता है,.

This is a world vision far removed from the sad one we witness today, where our so-called leaders act not as shields but as shackles around our necks, fighting and torturing those who seek to bring back the rule of Allah (swt), whilst making deals with those who illegally occupy Muslims Land. Allah (swt) says,.

"अल्लाह तुम्हें उन लोगों से दोस्ती करने से मना करता है जो तुम्हारे दीन के कारण तुमसे लड़ते हैं, तुम्हें तुम्हारे घरों से निकालते हैं, और उन लोगों की मदद करते हैं जो तुम्हें तुम्हारे घरों से निकालते हैं।" [TMQ 60:9]

“Allah forbids you from making alliance with those who fight you for your deen, drive you out of your homes, and support those who drive you out.” [TMQ 60:9].

जो भूमियाँ अभी तक ख़िलाफ़त के अधीन नहीं आई हैं, यानी दार अल-हर्ब, उनका क्या? हमें यह समझना चाहिए कि ख़िलाफ़त कोई ऐसा राज्य नहीं होगी जो आज की तथाकथित मुस्लिम सरकारों की तरह अंतरराष्ट्रीय क़ानून की सीमाओं के भीतर काम करे। ख़िलाफ़त का सरोकार पूरी दुनिया में इस्लाम के फैलाव से है। जिहाद के द्वारा वह इंसान द्वारा इंसान पर होने वाली उन लड़ाइयों का अंत करेगी, जो इंसान की बनाई व्यवस्थाओं के ज़रिए चलती आई हैं, और इन सबने न केवल जान का नुक़सान किया है, बल्कि अपराध से ग्रस्त समाजों में संपत्ति का नुक़सान, सम्मान का नुक़सान, स्त्री और पुरुष का शोषण, आस्था का नुक़सान और सुरक्षा का नुक़सान भी किया है।

What of lands that have not as yet lived under the Khilafah, the dar al-harb? We should understand that the Khilafah is not a state which will work within the confines of international law like the present so-called Muslim regimes. The Khilafah is concerned with the spread of Islam all over the world. By Jihad, it will end the wars of man on man by the system of man all of which have lead not only to loss of life, but also to loss of property in crime ridden societies, loss of dignity, exploitation of woman and man, loss of belief and loss of security.

खिलाफ़त न केवल संयुक्त राष्ट्र से कोई सरोकार नहीं रखेगी, बल्कि वह उस विभाजन के प्रति, जिसका वह प्रतिनिधित्व करता है, खुला तिरस्कार भी दिखाएगी, और वह सम्पूर्ण विश्व को ‘ला इलाहा इल्लल्लाह’ के झंडे तले एकजुट करने का लक्ष्य रखेगी। वह इसे सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अपनी पूरी शक्ति लगा देगी। इसलिए, सभी विदेशी मामले और संधियाँ, चाहे वे आर्थिक हों या अन्य, इसी उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखकर की जाएँगी। तदनुसार, अन्य देशों के साथ किए गए समझौतों और संधियों की एक समय-सीमा होगी, क्योंकि अंततः समस्त भूमि को इस्लाम के अधीन आना ही होगा।

Not only will the Khilafah have nothing to do with the United Nations, but it will also show frank disregard for the disunity it stands for, and it will aim to unite the whole world under the banner of ‘La Illaha Illallah.’ It will do everything in its power to ensure this. Thus, all foreign dealings and treaties, whether economic or otherwise will be made with this purpose in mind. Accordingly, agreements and treaties made with other countries would have a time limit, for eventually all land must come under Islam.

ख़िलाफ़त का मीडिया पूरी दुनिया के सामने इस्लाम की ख़ूबसूरती को प्रसारित करता, और सभी लोगों को उस सृष्टिकर्ता की इबादत की दावत देता, न कि उस घटिया संस्कृति को जिससे आज के टीवी चैनल हमारे दिमाग़ों को प्रदूषित करते हैं। ख़िलाफ़त की अर्थव्यवस्था भी जिहाद को ध्यान में रखकर काम करती। इसी के अनुरूप, भारी उद्योग और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स जैसे उद्योग के कुछ क्षेत्र, जिनके सैन्य उपयोग हैं, जिहाद के अमीर की निगरानी में रहते। इसके अलावा, अल्लाह (سبحانه وتعالى) मुसलमानों से माँग करता है कि वे जिहाद के लिए अपनी पूरी क्षमता के अनुसार तैयारी करें, इसलिए ख़िलाफ़त के पास एक अंतरिक्ष कार्यक्रम होना चाहिए, और ऐसे कार्यक्रम से निकलने वाली 'स्पिन-ऑफ़' तकनीकें राज्य को प्रौद्योगिकी में अग्रणी बनाएँगी।

The media of the Khilafah would broadcast the beauty of Islam to the rest of the world, inviting all people to worship the Creator, rather than the trash culture that TV stations pollute our minds with today. The economy of the Khilafah too would function with Jihad in mind. In line with this, certain sectors of industry like heavy industry and electronics, which have military applications, would be monitored by the Amir of Jihad. Furthermore Allah (swt) requests the Muslims to prepare to the best of their ability for Jihad, so the Khilafah should have a space programme, and ‘spin-offs’ from such a programme will enable the State to be the leader in terms of technology.

वास्तव में ख़िलाफ़त के अंतर्गत जीवन की संभावना प्रेरणादायक है, जबकि मानव-निर्मित क़ानून की बेड़ियों में जकड़ी मानवता का भविष्य अंधकारमय है। केवल सृष्टिकर्ता अल्लाह (SWT) की व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत ही आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए ऐसी दुर्दशा से निकलने की आशा है। ऐसा भविष्य कोई परीकथा नहीं है; बल्कि यह केवल समय की बात है...

Indeed the prospect of life under the Khilafah is an inspiring one, while the future of humanity living under the shackles of man-made law is bleak. Only under the system of Allah (swt) the Creator will there be hope for the future generations to escape from such a plight. Such a future is no fairytale; rather it is only a matter of time...

"तुम में से जो लोग ईमान लाए और जिन्होंने नेक अमल किए, अल्लाह ने उनसे वादा किया है कि वह उन्हें ज़मीन में ज़रूर ख़लीफ़ा बनाएगा, जैसे उसने उनसे पहले के लोगों को ख़िलाफ़त दी थी, और वह उनके लिए उनके उस दीन को ज़रूर जमा देगा जिसे उसने उनके लिए पसंद किया है, और उनके डर की हालत के बाद उसे अम्न और सुकून की हालत में बदल देगा। वे मेरी ही इबादत करेंगे और मेरे साथ किसी को शरीक नहीं ठहराएँगे।" [TMQ 24:55]

“Allah has promised to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that of a certainty He will cause them to accede to power on earth, as He granted it to those before them, that He will establish in authority their deen which He has chosen for them, and that He will change (their state) after the fear in which they lived, to one of security and peace: They will worship Me (alone) and not ascribe powers to any beside Me.” [TMQ 24:55]
