Политика управления делами основана на простоте системы, быстроте в решении задач и компетентности управляющих. Это вытекает из природы решения дел, ведь человеку, который нуждается в услуге, необходимо, чтобы она была оказана быстро и эффективно. Посланник Аллаха ﷺ сказал: «Воистину, Аллах предписал совершенство во всём; поэтому, когда вы убиваете, делайте это хорошо, и когда вы закалываете, закалывайте хорошо», передал Муслим от Шаддада ибн Ауса [Сахих, №1955]. Таким образом, совершенство в исполнении действий предписано Шариатом. Для достижения этого администрация должна соблюдать три качества.

The policy of administration of the interests is based on the simplicity of the system, speed in processing the tasks and the competence of the administrators. This is taken from the nature of processing the interest, for the person who requires a service needs to have it quickly and efficiently processed. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Verily Allah has enjoined the perfection to everything; so when you kill, do so in a good way and when you slaughter, slaughter in a good way" narrated by Muslim from Shaddad b. Aws [Sahih, #1955].. Therefore, the perfection in executing the actions is ordered by the Sharia. To achieve this, the administration should observe three qualities. .

Во-первых, простота системы, которая ведёт к лёгкости её применения, тогда как сложность приводит к трудностям.

o Firstly, the simplicity of the system which would lead to the ease of processing, whereas complication would lead to hardship. .

Во-вторых, скорость обработки операций, что избавило бы людей от ненужных задержек.

o Secondly, the speed in processing the transactions which would spare people of unnecessary delay. .

В-третьих, способности и компетентность работников. Это необходимо для того, чтобы довести до совершенства выполнение и результат поручаемого дела.

o Thirdly, the ability and competence of the employees. This is required to perfect the performance and result of the task. .
