Nachdem der Gesandte Allahs ﷺ sich darüber beruhigt hatte, wie es um die Botschaft im gesamten Hidschaz stand, begann er seine Da'wa, den Islam unermüdlich über den Hidschaz hinaus zu verbreiten, denn der Islam ist eine universelle Religion, und er ﷺ war zur gesamten Menschheit gesandt. Allah (SWT) sagt in der Sure al-Anbiyā':

Once the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) had found his mind at ease about the status of the Message within the whole of Hijaz, he (pbuh) initiated his Da’wah of relentlessly spreading Islam beyond Hijaz, for Islam is a universal Deen and he (pbuh) was sent to the whole of mankind. Allah (swt) says in Surah al-Anbiya’,

„Und Wir haben dich nur als eine Barmherzigkeit für die Welten gesandt.“ [Al-Anbiya, 21:107].

“And We have not sent you but as a Mercy for the ‘Alamin.” [Al-Anbiya, 21:107].
