Após a obtenção do Nussrah, o Profeta ﷺ estabeleceu o Islã na sociedade de Madinah. Ele redigiu uma constituição para Madinah, detalhando a natureza das relações e a forma como as questões fundamentais seriam resolvidas entre os próprios muçulmanos, entre os próprios kuffar (descrentes) e entre os muçulmanos e os kuffar. Esse documento ficou conhecido como a Sahifah (documento) de Madinah.

After the gaining of the Nussrah the Prophet (saw) established Islam in the society of Madinah. He drew up a constitution for Madinah detailing the nature of the relationships and how key matters would be resolved between the Muslims themselves, between the Kuffar (disbelievers) themselves, and between the Muslims and the Kuffar. This was known as the Sahifah (document) of Madinah.

Os seguintes trechos são apresentados para dar uma visão do documento e da forma como a sociedade estava organizada.

The following are some extracts in order to give a picture of the document and the way in which the society was organised.

Em nome de Allah, o Mais Misericordioso, o Muito Misericordioso. Este é um documento de Muhammad ﷺ, o Mensageiro de Allah, concernente aos Muhajireen (Emigrantes) e aos Ansar (Aqueles que deram apoio, ou seja, os Aws e os Khazraj) e àqueles que lutaram com eles.

In the Name of Allah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem. This is a document from Muhammad (saw) the Messenger of Allah concerning the Muhajireen (Emigrants) and the Ansar (Those who gave the support i.e. the Aws and the Khazraj) and those who strove with them.

Eles formam uma só Ummah, à exclusão de todas as outras nações.

1) They are one Ummah to the exclusion of all other nations.

2) Os Emigrantes dos Quraysh se unem entre si, pagam o preço do sangue entre eles mesmos e resgatam seus prisioneiros de forma honrosa. Cada tribo dos Ansar permanece como era antes.

2) The Emigrants of the Quraysh unite together and shall pay blood money among themselves, and shall ransom honourably their prisoners. Every tribe of the Ansar are as they were first.

3) Os crentes não deixarão ninguém desamparado entre eles.

3) Believers shall not leave anyone destitute amongst them.

9) A paz dos crentes é indivisível. Nenhum acordo de paz em separado deve ser feito quando os crentes estiverem lutando no caminho de Allah. As condições devem ser justas e equitativas para todos.

9) The Peace of the believers is indivisible. No separate peace accord shall be made when the believers are fighting in the way of Allah. Conditions must be just and equitable to all.

10) Não é permitido a um crente que sustenta o que está neste documento e que crê em Allah e no Último Dia ajudar um criminoso nem dar-lhe refúgio.

10) It is not permitted for a believer who holds what is in this document and believes in Allah and the Last Day to help a criminal nor give him refuge.

1) Quando divergirem sobre um assunto, ele deve ser remetido a Allah e a Muhammad ﷺ

11) When you differ about a matter it must be referred to Allah and Muhammad (saw)

12) Matar deliberadamente um crente, sem motivo justo, implica a execução do assassino.

12) Killing a believer deliberately with no good reason entails killing the killer.

Portanto, a etapa final do partido político islâmico deve garantir que o Islã seja implementado de forma radical, sem gradualismo nem aplicação parcial. Pelo contrário, a implementação deve ser abrangente. Além disso, a autoridade deve estar nas mãos dos muçulmanos, e eles devem dar à autoridade a segurança interna e externa.

Hence the final stage of the Islamic political party would ensure that Islam is implemented radically, with no gradualism or partial implementation. Rather the implementation must be comprehensive. Also the authority must be in the hands of the Muslims and they must give the authority internal and external security.
