- イマーム・ムスリムは、そのサヒーフ（2/1146/1507）において次のように伝えている。

- Imam Muslim related the following in his Sahih (2/1146/1507):

「ムハンマド・ビン・ラフィーはアブドゥル・ラッザークから、彼はイブン・ジュライジから、彼はアブー・アズ＝ズバイルから伝えた。アブー・アズ＝ズバイルは、ジャービル・ビン・アブドゥッラーが次のように言うのを聞いたと伝えた。「預言者ﷺは、各氏族がその血の代償（血償金）の支払いに責任を負うと書き記された。さらに、『ムスリムが、別のムスリムのマウラー（解放奴隷または庇護関係にある者）を、その者の許可なく自分の同盟者とすることは許されない』と書き記された。」さらに彼は、そうした行為をした者を、その文書（サヒーファ）の中で呪われたと伝えた。」

“Muhammad bin Rafi’ related from Abdur Razzaq, from Ibn Juraij, from Abu Az-Zubair who informed that he heard Jabir bin ‘Abdullah saying: “The Prophet (peace be upon him) wrote that every clan is responsible for the payment of its blood money. He then wrote: “That it is not permissible for a Muslim to take a Mawla of a Muslim as his ally without his permission”. He then informed that: That he cursed the one who did that in his Sahifah (document)”.

イマーム・アン＝ナサーイーは『スナン』（8/52/4829）、『スナン・アル＝クブラー』（4/241/7033）において、イマーム・アフマド・ビン・ハンバルは『ムスナド』（3/321/14485）、（3/342/14727）、（3/349/14820）において、アル＝バイハキーは『スナン・アル＝クブラー』（8/107/16157）および（8/108/16158）において、イマーム・アブー・ヤアラーは『ムスナド』（4/161/2228）において、イブン・アル＝ジャールードは『アル＝ムンタカー』（1/197/779）において、イマーム・アブドゥル・ラッザーク・アッ＝サンアーニーは『ムサンナフ』（9/6/16154）において、その他多くの学者がこれを伝えている。

Imam An-Nasa’i related it in his Sunan (8/52/4829), in his “Sunan Al- Kubra” (4/241/7033), Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal in his Musnad (3/321/14485), (3/342/14727) and (3/349/14820), Al-Baihaqi in his “Sunan Al-Kubra” (8/107/16157) and (8/108/16158), Imam Abu Ya’la in his Musnad (4/161/2228), Ibn Al-Jarud in his “Al-Muntaqa” (1/197/779) and Imam Abdur Razzaq As-San’ani in his Musannaf (9/6/16154), among others.
