11- En verdad, los creyentes no dejarán a ningún endeudado entre ellos sin que se le provea, de manera justa y razonable, en lo relativo al rescate o al precio de la sangre. 12- Un creyente no entrará en alianza con el Mawla (liberto que mantiene la lealtad o cliente) de otro creyente sin el consentimiento de este último.

11- Verily, the believers shall not leave any indebted person from among them without him being provided for, on a fair and reasonable basis, in respect to ransom or blood money. 12- A believer shall not enter into alliance with the Mawla (freed slave who maintains loyalty or a client) of a believer without the latter’s consent.

13- Los creyentes temerosos de Dios se mantienen unidos contra quien se rebela o busca introducir injusticia, crimen, agresión o corrupción entre los creyentes. Sus manos están todas unidas contra él, aunque fuera el hijo de uno de ellos.

13- The God-fearing believers stand together against the one who rebels or seeks to insert injustice, crime, aggression or corruption among the believers. Their hands are all united against him, even if he was the son of one of them.

14- Un creyente no debe matar a otro creyente por causa de un incrédulo.

14- A believer shall not kill another believer for the sake of a disbeliever.

15- (Un creyente) no debe apoyar a un incrédulo contra otro creyente.

15- (A believer) shall not support a disbeliever against a believer.

16- La protección de Allah es una sola, y su extensión hacia el más humilde de ellos se aplica a todos.

16- The protection of Allah is one and its extension upon the least of them is applied to all of them.

17- Los creyentes son aliados y protectores unos de otros, con exclusión de los demás.

17- The believers are allies and protectors of one another to the exclusion of the people.

18- Quien de entre los judíos nos siga, recibirá apoyo y ayuda. No serán oprimidos, y no se les prestará apoyo a otros contra ellos.

18- Whoever from the Jews follows us; receives support and assistance. They are not wronged and support is not provided to others against them.

19- La paz de los creyentes es una sola. Ningún musulmán hace la paz por separado de otro musulmán en la lucha por el camino de Allah, salvo sobre la base de la equidad mutua y la justicia.

19- The peace of the believers is one. No peace is made by a Muslim separate to another Muslim in the fighting in the way of Allah, except upon the basis of mutual even handedness and justice.

20- Con respecto a cada destacamento militar que salga con nosotros, se seguirá uno tras otro.

20- In respect to every military attachment that goes out with us, it will be followed one after the other.

21- Los creyentes tomarán represalia por la sangre de unos y otros [que sea derramada] en el camino de Allah.

21- The believers will retaliate for the blood of one another [that is shed] in the way of Allah.

22- Los creyentes temerosos de Dios siguen la mejor y más correcta guía.

22- The God-fearing believers are upon the best and most correct guidance.

23- Ningún politeísta protegerá una propiedad o persona perteneciente a Quraysh, ni la protegerá contra un creyente.

23- No polytheist shall protect a property or person belonging to Quraysh; nor shall he protect him against a believer.

24- Quien haya sido probado con evidencia que mató a un creyente (sin derecho), entonces está sujeto a represalia, a menos que el heredero de sangre de la víctima se conforme con el precio de la sangre (diya).

24- Whomever it has been established by evidence that he has killed a believer (without right), then he is subject to retaliation unless the blood heir of the one killed is satisfied with blood money.

Los creyentes se oponen a él en conjunto, y no les es permitido sino oponerse a él.

25- The believers stand against him altogether and it is not permissible for them except to stand against him.

26- No le es lícito a un creyente que afirma lo expuesto en este documento y cree en Allah y en el último día, prestar ayuda o refugio a un criminal.

26- It is not permissible for a believer who affirms what is stated in this document and believes in Allah and the last day, to provide assistance or shelter to a criminal.

27- Y quien le ayude o le dé refugio, tendrá sobre sí la maldición y la ira de Allah el Día del Juicio. Entonces no se aceptará nada de él.

27- And whoever helps or shelters him, will have the curse and anger of Allah upon him on the Day of Judgement. Nothing will then be accepted from him.

28- Cualquier cosa en la que hayáis discrepado, debe ser remitida a Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla y a Muhammad ﷺ.

28- Whatever you have differed upon in any matter, then it must be referred to Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla and to Muhammad (peace be upon him).
