هذه وثيقة من محمد النبي ﷺ بين المؤمنين والمسلمين من قريش ويثرب، ومن تبعهم فلحق بهم وجاهد معهم، أنهم أمة واحدة من دون الناس.

1 - This is a document from Muhammad, the Prophet (peace be upon him), between the Muslims and believers from Quraish and Yathrib, and those who followed them, joined with them and strove alongside them, that they are one single Ummah (nation) to the exclusion of all the people.

2- مُهَاجِرُو قُرَيْشٍ عَلَى رِبَاعَتِهِمْ يَتَعَاقَلُونَ بَيْنَهُمْ، وَهُمْ يَفْدُونَ عَانِيَهُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالْقِسْطِ بَيْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ.

2- The Muhajirun of the Quraish are upon their standard practise when dealing with their cases of blood money, responsible among themselves for dealing with their cases of blood money. And they ransom their captives on a reasonable fair basis and according to justice among the believers.

3- بنو عوف ملتزمون بعرفهم الجاري في معاقلهم، يدفعون عقولهم كما كانت، وكل طائفة تفدي أسراها بالمعروف والقسط بين المؤمنين.

3- Banu ‘Auf are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

4- بنو الحارث على رباعتهم يعقلون معاقلهم الأولى، وكل طائفة تفدي عانيها بالمعروف والقسط بين المؤمنين.

4- Banu Al-Harith are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

5- بنو ساعدة مسؤولون، وفق عادتهم المعتادة، عن معالجة قضايا ديات الدماء الخاصة بهم. وكل فريق يفدي أسراه بحسب المعروف والعدل بين المؤمنين.

5- Banu Sa’idah are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

6- بنو جشم على عادتهم الأولى مسؤولون عن دفع ديات قتلاهم، وكل فريق يفدي أسراه بالمعروف وبالعدل بين المؤمنين.

6- Banu Jusham are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

بنو النجار على أمرهم الأول يتولّون عقلَ دماءهم، وكلُّ طائفةٍ تفدي أسراها بالمعروف وبالعدل بين المؤمنين.

7- Banu An-Najjar are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

8- بنو عمرو بن عوف يتحملون دياتهم كما كانوا عليه من قبل، وكل طائفة منهم تفدي أسيرها بالمعروف والقسط بين المؤمنين.

8- Banu ‘Amr bin ‘Awf are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

- بنو النبيت يتحملون وفق عادتهم المعتادة مسؤولية التعامل مع قضايا الديات الخاصة بهم. وكل جماعة تفدي أسراها على أساس معقول ووفق العدل بين المؤمنين.

9- Banu An-Nabit are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

10- بنو أوس يتولّون، وفق عادتهم المعتادة، أمر دياتهم. وتفدي كل جماعة أسراها بما هو معقول، وبالعدل بين المؤمنين.

10- Banu Aws are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.
