2.2.3 The Second Section: The obligations of the Muslims and mutual support among them
11- Na verdade, os crentes não deixarão nenhum devedor entre eles sem que lhe seja provido, de forma justa e razoável, no que diz respeito ao resgate ou à compensação por sangue. 12- Um crente não deve estabelecer aliança com o Mawla (liberto que mantém lealdade ou cliente) de outro crente sem o consentimento deste último.
11- Verily, the believers shall not leave any indebted person from among them without him being provided for, on a fair and reasonable basis, in respect to ransom or blood money. 12- A believer shall not enter into alliance with the Mawla (freed slave who maintains loyalty or a client) of a believer without the latter’s consent.
13- Os crentes piedosos permanecem unidos contra aquele que se rebela ou procura introduzir a injustiça, o crime, a agressão ou a corrupção entre os crentes. Suas mãos estão todas unidas contra ele, ainda que ele seja filho de um deles.
13- The God-fearing believers stand together against the one who rebels or seeks to insert injustice, crime, aggression or corruption among the believers. Their hands are all united against him, even if he was the son of one of them.
14- Um crente não deve matar outro crente por causa de um descrente.
14- A believer shall not kill another believer for the sake of a disbeliever.
15- (Um crente) não deve apoiar um descrente contra um crente.
15- (A believer) shall not support a disbeliever against a believer.
16- A proteção de Allah é uma só, e sua extensão ao menor deles aplica-se a todos eles.
16- The protection of Allah is one and its extension upon the least of them is applied to all of them.
17- Os crentes são aliados e protetores uns dos outros, com exclusão das demais pessoas.
17- The believers are allies and protectors of one another to the exclusion of the people.
18- Quem dentre os judeus nos seguir receberá apoio e assistência. Não será oprimido, e não se prestará auxílio a outros contra ele.
18- Whoever from the Jews follows us; receives support and assistance. They are not wronged and support is not provided to others against them.
19- A paz dos crentes é uma só. Nenhum muçulmano faz paz separadamente de outro muçulmano na luta no caminho de Allah, a não ser com base na equidade mútua e na justiça.
19- The peace of the believers is one. No peace is made by a Muslim separate to another Muslim in the fighting in the way of Allah, except upon the basis of mutual even handedness and justice.
20- Em relação a cada destacamento militar que sai conosco, ele será seguido um após o outro.
20- In respect to every military attachment that goes out with us, it will be followed one after the other.
21- Os crentes retaliarão pelo sangue uns dos outros [que for derramado] no caminho de Allah.
21- The believers will retaliate for the blood of one another [that is shed] in the way of Allah.
22- Os crentes que temem a Deus estão na melhor e mais correta orientação.
22- The God-fearing believers are upon the best and most correct guidance.
23- Nenhum politeísta deve proteger uma propriedade ou pessoa pertencente aos Quraysh; nem deve protegê-la contra um crente.
23- No polytheist shall protect a property or person belonging to Quraysh; nor shall he protect him against a believer.
24- Quem quer que tenha sido comprovado, por evidência, que matou um crente (sem direito), então está sujeito à retaliação, a menos que o herdeiro de sangue da vítima se satisfaça com o preço do sangue (diyah).
24- Whomever it has been established by evidence that he has killed a believer (without right), then he is subject to retaliation unless the blood heir of the one killed is satisfied with blood money.
25- Os crentes se opõem a ele unanimemente, e não lhes é permitido senão se opor a ele.
25- The believers stand against him altogether and it is not permissible for them except to stand against him.
26- Não é permissível para um crente que afirma o que está declarado neste documento e crê em Allah e no último dia prestar ajuda ou abrigo a um criminoso.
26- It is not permissible for a believer who affirms what is stated in this document and believes in Allah and the last day, to provide assistance or shelter to a criminal.
27- E quem quer que dê ajuda ou abrigo a ele, terá sobre si a maldição e a ira de Allah no Dia do Juízo. Então nada será aceito dele.
27- And whoever helps or shelters him, will have the curse and anger of Allah upon him on the Day of Judgement. Nothing will then be accepted from him.
- Qualquer coisa em que vocês tenham divergido, deve ser remetida a Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla e a Muhammad ﷺ.
28- Whatever you have differed upon in any matter, then it must be referred to Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla and to Muhammad (peace be upon him).
